In-store,Delivery & Shipping
In-store Pickup orders are usually available for pick-up within one hour. Email will be sent to customers as soon as your order is ready for Pickup. Customers will have 5 days to pick up the order. If the order is not picked up by a customer within 5 days, we will be returning your order and charge 10% for the restocking fee.
You must show your photo ID for picking up the order.
Person that ordered needs to pick up the order.
JC Wine & Spirits is pleased to offer FREE local delivery in Woodside, Sunnyside, Jackson Heights and Some parts in Astoria and Elmhurst, with a minimum order of $40(Pre-tax). Local delivery orders will be delivered on the same day.
If we attempt a delivery and the recipient is not at-home or they provide the wrong address, the item will be returned to the store. Customers can pick up the items or attempted for re-delivery with a charge of $10.
Please Note: Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase. Identification will be checked upon delivery.
The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left.
Shipping and Handling Cost
The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code in the shopping cart. Prices of our wines do not include shipping and handling charges, and additional $20 will be applied for handling cost. Shipping costs vary depending on destination and number of bottles ordered. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
For orders outside of our local delivery, we ship by FedEx. All orders will be processed within 2 business days. You will be promptly notified by email of any problems or unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping. During times of bad weather, including extremes of heat or cold, we recommend postponing shipping until conditions improve, but we will defer to the customer's directions as to whether to ship or hold. The customer assumes all liability for wines damaged en route due to weather.
We are shipping wines and spirits within New York State!
The buyer assumes the title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.
