Item Spoiled or Corked
If you have determined an item to be spoiled or corked after opening, you may return the item to the store within 14 days of purchase for an identical replacement. Do not pour the product out. 75% of the bottle's original contents is required to claim the item as spoiled or corked. If the bottle's closure type is cork, please also bring the cork with you at the time of the return. Also bottles MUST BE RETURNED to JC Wine & Spirits for inspection and verification by a manager.
Order Damaged in Transit
For 1% of your order value, you will be covered for loss or breakage. If your bottle arrives broken, or never arrives at all, let us know and we will make arrangements to replace it, free of charge.
By refusing insurance, you relieve JC Wines & Spirits of any and all responsibility for breakage or loss that may occur to your order.
We may require the return of unopened bottles. However, JC Wine & Spirit is not responsible for damage to wine, including leakage or damaged corks, resulting from heat or extreme temperatures during shipment.
Shipping during periods of heat or extreme cold is at your own risk. JC Wine & Spirit is not responsible for damage to wine, including leakage or damaged corks, resulting from heat or extreme temperatures during shipment.
A cancelled order is an order that has been placed and payment processed. A cancellation fee of 10% of the merchandise amount will be assessed at the time of refund. If the order ships that cost too will be assessed.
A returned order is any order that has been delivered and then returned or declined by the buyer. This includes orders returned due to failed delivery attempts as result of adult signature not available. Upon receipt of a returned order back to our facility, a refund will be issued less original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of 10% of the merchandise amount.
Special order items may not be returned or exchanged.
