Our flagship offering is distilled from 90% NY Rye grain & 10% Malted Barley, representing a traditional mash bill seeded in the time of the American Revolution.

We painstakingly hand-select our finest & most complex whiskey which has been aged for at least three years in American White Oak. Each barrel is individually bottled in Brooklyn, yielding 130 bottles at 90 proof. Our whiskey is non-chill-filtered to ensure the purest and most generous expression.
