Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature, followed by maceration.

Tasting Notes: Ruby colour wine, with red fruit aroma. Soft in mouth, bodied, pleasant balance and long lasting after taste.  Recommended to accompany red meat dishes or grilled white meat dishes and game dishes
