Nuestra Soledad Mezcal Miahuatlan
Lachigui is more a rancho or campo than it is a village, located in the mountainous district of Miahuatlan. 4 hours of mountainous roads lead you to this tiny palenque where a combination of wild and cultivated magueys are being transformed into some of the most transcending spirits/experiences you can imbibe. This Espadin is high toned, with notes of freshly cut grass, mint and under ripe banana.Richly aromatic with notes of wet earth, fresh cherries, cedar wood and cigar box, peppery and green on the palate with bright, citric acidity and a long, dry earthy finish. ABV: 49% (batches are distilled to proof, ABV may vary slightly) Village: Lachuigi Miahuatlan | Palenque: Tio Pedro | Me
