The Pago de Carraovejas Crianza is a genuine icon among Ribera del Duero wines. Aromas of red fruits, spices, liquorice, blue flowers and woodland hints define its nose, whilst on the palate there's an assertive lactic element, with creamy toast and very fine, silky-textured tannins. A flavoursome wine, juicy and very well-balanced, with well-judged acidity and a persistent finish in which the hints of ripe fruit and the oak's toasty notes blend together nicely.
