80% Pinot Noir, 20% St. Laurent

Pet Nat is a sparkling wine – a relatively old method of sparkling wine. The fermenting juice is filled in a pressurized bottle where it finishes its fermentation, whereby the natural carbon dioxide is enclosed in the bottle. Aged on the lees for 8 months then riddled and disgorged per hand. And ready is the JOMA sparkling. No sulfur from start to finish.
